WELCOME
Welcome everyone to the final week of the study.
Ask each person to share how old they were when they made a commitment to Christ.
OPENING DISCUSSION
Say, “As your child grows older, your influence on their life will decrease. Their social world
expands with friends, teachers, coaches, and other influences. They begin to value what
others have to say. And they also begin to make choices and decisions on their own. How
can we guide them along the discipleship path so they get to the place where they decide to
continue along that path on their own?”
